Job Description
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for all levels of the business
- Lead, and improve, the budgeting and forecasting processes across all Markets
- Lead, the bi-annual pricing and fee setting processes to reduce complexity and improve contribution for the organization
- Help drive commercial aspirations and profitability across the organization, using modelling, analysis, and strong stakeholder management to understand product and market profitability
- Understand, reduce complexity, and provide clarity of the market structures
- Support the organization on commercial tenders and analyzing of new opportunities
- Working closely with Transactions Manager to reduce working capital days, through improved debt collection from the Markets
- Drive continuous improvement within the finance team and the wider organization by identifying system and human process inefficiencies and driving improvements
- Manage and inspire a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- CCAB qualified or equivalent
- Staff management experience
- Experience working in a global environment
