Job Description
  • Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Preparing, sending and storing invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
  • Ad hoc accounting duties as and when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Solid transactional accounting experience
  • Have three or two years experience in Finance
  • Be immediately available or available with 1-weeks notice
  • Have intermediate excel experience
  • Have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks
