Drafting and preparing certain financial sections of the company’s statutory accounts
Supporting the preparation of UK subsidiary statutory accounts
Supporting the month-end close process of the monthly management accounts, including reviewing schedules prepared by other finance team members and posting/reviewing journals
Documenting, reviewing, and performing periodic internal controls testing over financial processes
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Group Finance Manual
Preparing audit working papers, including drafting/researching technical accounting papers and liaising with auditors
Share options – supporting the Group with recording, valuation, and accounting for Group share options
Support with administration/record keeping for overseas subsidiaries and branches
Supporting the Group with payroll or other monthly reconciliations as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates need to be fully qualified ACA or ACCA with confident reporting experience.
