- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reviewing new and existing suppliers
- Raising non-job purchase orders
- Accounts Receivable
- Payment runs
- Payroll Payments
- General HMRC reporting and compliance
- Factory timesheets
- Overtime reporting
- Headcount reporting
- Ad hoc reporting
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Liaising with auditors
- Filing and archiving invoices
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- AAT qualified, with experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication
- Intermediate Excel
- Organization skills
- Data entry skills
