Job Description
  • Management of sales ledger
  • Matching bank payments out to receipts/invoices
  • Chasing missing receipts
  • Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions
  • Balancing accounts on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Xero control account reconciliations 
  • Xero accruals and prepayment suggestions
  • Working closely with accountant to prepare VAT returns
  • Preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested
  • Managing and filing relevant documentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong bookkeeping skills and previous experience in a similar industry
  • Experience in Xero is preferred  
  • AAT Qualified 
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
