Context of Job Our client is a service provider specializing in plant, transport and traffic management
Accountability The post holder will be responsible to the Performance and Administration Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities • Answering the telephone • Creating work orders • Scanning • Updating maintenance records • Filing, photocopying and other clerical duties This list is not inclusive or exhaustive and other duties may be required that fall within the capabilities of the role.
Other Duties • Set a good example to all employees. • Ensure compliance with all Clancy Group controlled documents, including Clancy procedures. • Be pro-active in developing new systems to meet the changing needs of the department.
