Job Description
  • Prepare accounts
  • Process payments, invoices and receipts
  • Prepare financial statements showing business income and expenditure
  • Pay invoices and track bank account balances
  • Complete VAT returns
  • Record any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
  • Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Helping the Accountants with administrative duties and preparing the yearly accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT qualified
  • Previous experience working in an accounting practice 
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset
  • Open to change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to progress in a career in finance
