You’ll be exposed to many different areas of finance including: Accounting, cash management, updating cashflow, forecasting revenues, monthly reconciliations, inter-company trading accounts, annual financial statements and end of year auditing.
Your responsibilities will also include providing support for management accounts.
This will involve carrying out month-end accounting, analyzing overheads and insurance costs, creating and posting monthly haulage/weighbridge related accruals, and managing the stock process with the Management Accountant.
You will also carry out revenue accruals and analysis, credit card accruals, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
You will provide support for other finance-related tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable support.
This will include generating invoices and following up on cash collection, preparing daily reports, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
