Job Description
- Ownership of the day to day finance processes
- Develop appropriate financial controls and improve financial processes across the business
- Provide timely and accurate internal and external reporting
- Financial forecasting and planning
- Financial Analysis
- Strategic and operational projects
- Develop strong relationships across the whole business to enable more accurate reporting
- Liaise and challenge key decision makers across the business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Financial Reporting
- Degree educated and a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with 0-3 years PQE
- Proven technical and analytical skills
- Proven operational accounting and financial management experience
- Previous experience of managing or supervising a small team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop sound working relationships with all levels of staff
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
