Job Description

The post holder must be adaptable to change at all times to be able to cover general administrative office duties including the typing of medical and other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing. The post holder will answer and manage calls from service uses and their carers / relatives and other health and social care professionals. Typing clinic letters and reports, prepare agenda’s, minuting of meetings, administration of Subject Access Requests as well as patient finances. This will also include Reception cover.

This post is currently full time and may require the post holder to travel to other sites within the Bolton directorate as and when required.
