- Collating and agreeing purchase orders
- Supplier reconciliation
- Bi-Monthly pay runs
- Chasing overdue receipts
- Completing regular aged debtor reports
- Admin support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience working within a purchase ledger role
- understanding of of bookkeeping procedures
- Sage Line 50 -Essential for higher pay scale
- SAP- Essential for higher pay scale
- Advanced Excel skills
- Time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
