Administration of the lease agreements including updating of relevant systems
Reconcile and invoice the monthly and quarterly rent and service charges
Daily review of bank receipts and posting to SAGE 200
Regular credit control involving contacting customers for payment, dealing with invoice queries in a fast and professional manner
Assisting the wider finance team with tasks when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This client is ideally looking for someone with existing accounts receivable experience but will also consider recent graduates, as well as those with administration experience looking for a first accounting position.
You must have a good standard of education (minimum grade C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English), as well as a good standard of IT literacy (able to use Word and Excel at intermediate level).
It is also essential that you have good written and spoken communication skills, as well as a professional and mature attitude.
