Job Description
  • Creation of sales invoices on Sage 200
  • Check accuracy of data used to create invoices
  • Administration of the lease agreements including updating of relevant systems
  • Reconcile and invoice the monthly and quarterly rent and service charges
  • Daily review of bank receipts and posting to SAGE 200
  • Regular credit control involving contacting customers for payment, dealing with invoice queries in a fast and professional manner
  • Assisting the wider finance team with tasks when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • This client is ideally looking for someone with existing accounts receivable experience but will also consider recent graduates, as well as those with administration experience looking for a first accounting position.
  • You must have a good standard of education (minimum grade C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English), as well as a good standard of IT literacy (able to use Word and Excel at intermediate level). 
  • It is also essential that you have good written and spoken communication skills, as well as a professional and mature attitude.
