Job Description
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- Processing Expenses and Credit Card submissions
- Preparing payment runs and entering onto bank
- Entering cheques into Cashbook receipts and taking to the bank
- Posting bank transactions
- Bank Reconciliations for responsible companies
- Credit control for relevant companies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- PC Literate and good skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Systems experience, ideally with Xero (desirable)
