Job Description
- Liaise effectively with Business line and support functions to meet our Clients' needs
- Monitor and report on exceptional events and items in the day to day operation of a Client
- Deliver objectives set out in the department Key Performance Indicators
- Support the operational setup of all existing and prospective Clients
- Process Client collateral data in line with Receivables and other asset financing policies and procedures
- Maintain and verify audit trails for day-to-day transactions
- Appropriately file all reconciliations and supporting information
- Follow up on any outstanding Client issues within an appropriate timeframe
- Support the Client Relationship Managers in the effective management of prospective and existing Client relationships
- Ad-hoc support to the Credit Control team as needed
