Job Description
- Managing the customer refund process timeframes
- Processing chip and pin refunds.
- Managing the chargeback requests from the credit card company following query.
- Assisting the Management Accountant with month-end reconciliation work and nominal analysis.
- Setting up of bank payments for authorization.
- Credit Card statement reconciliations and posting of receipts.
- Ad hoc work.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- An active studier at AAT or QBE.
- The role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency at a transactional level.
- Excellent time management.
- Personable and able to communicate both within the business and with customers.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to be challenged and excel.
