Job Description
- Processing membership payments - both new members and renewals
- Supporting new memberships - making sure admin processes are adhered to
- Supporting banking processes - coding statements etc
- Being first point of call for members, resolving issues and responding to enquiries
- Working across the admin team to support membership recruitment and renewals
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will need to be able to use Excel confidently, and be comfortable working with databases, managing data accurately and efficiently.
