Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with strong academics and ideally five years’ experience in Property or related industries.
A thought leader who looks for resolutions to problems and takes ownership of the finance function
An influencer who encourages participation from the wider business outside of finance
Willing to get under the skin of the business and understand the workings of the company as a whole to provide the best finance service possible to the SMT and stakeholders
