Working directly with members and senior officers towards developing and implementing the strategies of client, making a significant contribution towards the financial foundation required to deliver on corporate priorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Significant relevant experience managing technical and financial accounting issues in relation to public sector funding arrangements and or private sector.
Substantial experience providing high quality strategic financial advice and support to large projects, including financial modelling, whole life costing, options appraisal, business case preparation, working with senior internal and external stakeholders and delivery of complex financial information to Board level.
Substantial financial and management accounting experience in a large complex organization at a senior level.
