Job Description
- Due to a continuing increase in their client base my clients are looking for an accountant or manager level accountant to join their experienced and friendly team.
- You will be carrying out a mixture of advisory and compliance work.
- You will be predominantly managing a portfolio of your own clients, liaising with managers/partners if necessary.
- You will be carrying out the accounts preparation, VAT return preparation, self-assessment tax returns, bookkeeping and corporation tax.
- You will also be carrying out the day to day management of projects including chasing clients for information, providing updates to clients, improving and updating project management, arranging meetings with clients and lots more.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified or have the relevant experience working in an accountancy practice firm managing multiple clients.
- Advisory experience would be desirable.
- Ideally you will have experience on Xero and QuickBooks.
