Job Description
  • Reconciliation of the finance system to supplier invoices monthly
  • Chase suppliers monthly for all invoices and refunds on debit balances
  • Ensure all allocations are up to date on supplier accounts and prepare regular BACS runs
  • Process employee expenses
  • Review Creditors Aged Analysis to ensure all outstanding invoices are paid
  • Reconcile all utilities accounts for void and occupied units
  • Support the preparation and distribution of management accounts including commentary for management team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Accounts Payable
  • Balance Sheet
  • Reconciliations
  • Excel
  • Purchase Ledger and invoice coding experience
  • Proficient Excel experience
  • Accruals and prepayments experience
  • Ability to manage complete purchase ledger processes from invoice processing to BACS submission
  • Understanding of accounting concepts, processes, and controls
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
