Driving process improvement for the global consolidation process
Mapping existing finance processes and managing the implementation of process improvements across the international markets
Managing process change across the intercompany accounting
Training existing finance team on the new processes on the system
Working as the go-to person for finance stakeholders for queries on the new system
Support the financial accounting team with business-as-usual work
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA Qualified with a strong background in financial accounting, working for a complex global business.
Ideally, you will have managed projects in your business-as-usual role or specifically worked in a role as a Project Accountant where you have managed multiple projects to drive improvement across a business.
An ability to know "what good looks like" is key to this role as you will be driving change across multiple international entities.
This role will suit a proactive and confident individual who is adaptable, able to work to changing priorities, and who can proactively build relationships with key stakeholders internationally.
