Job Description

• Annual financial statements all audit requirements and assist others with external returns which have a financial consequence
• Ensuring University compliance with external legal, tax, audit and both general and sector-specific reporting requirements.
• Corporate level financial planning, short and long term, working closely with Finance colleagues and focussing primarily on capital, balance sheet and cash flow related reporting, as well as  reporting and business partnering for those areas under the team's oversight.
• Tax compliance administration: covering the lead provision of tax related admin activities - calculating, reporting, filing and advising for all of the groups entities and within all tax jurisdictions that the client operates 
• Cash and investment management, forecasting and reporting, determining external funding requirements, reviewing and advising on external funding options and managing covenant compliance.
• Management policies, financial controls and procedures.
