You will support and contribute towards the financial health and functioning of our organization by overseeing our statutory accounts.
You will lead the preparation of information for audits and reviews, manage the reconciliation of key accounts and deliver our Statement of Financial Position and cash flow forecasts.
Providing excellent leadership to the financial team, you will set clear objectives, manage team performance, promote best practices and provide guidance and training plans for individuals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be a qualified accountant
Experience of producing Statutory Accounts, ideally in the public sector
Experience of systems and process designs to ensure operations are fit for purpose.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to clearly report results
