Job Description
  • Processing invoices and reconciling purchase invoices
  • Entering and processing payments
  • Supporting with the month end process
  • Monthly reporting
  • Journals
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Responsible for billing process
  • Ad-hoc accounts and administration tasks as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT
  • ACCA
  • CIMA
  • Sales ledger
  • Purchase ledger
  • Journals
  • Trial balance
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Two or one years' experience as a Bookkeeper with month end duties
  • Strong MS Excel experience
  • Analytical approach to working.
  • Experience with Xero
