Job Description
- Providing support with maintaining financial accounting records and annual statutory accounts
- Supporting transactional maintenance including rent reconciliations and reporting on variances
- Producing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and liaising with budget holders
- Direct responsibility for the annual service charge process including the Service Charge Administrator
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified or part-qualified and demonstrate knowledge of service charge legislation.
