Job Description
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes from suppliers.
- Resolving supplier queries as required.
- Responsibility for aged trade creditors listing, ensuring debit balances are reviewed.
- Supporting with staff expense claims and ensuring that full accuracy is met.
- Building relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Responsible for the administration of the accounts department and improving the internal process.
- Supporting with any ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A strong desire to start a career in accountancy.
- Actively/looking to study AAT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
