Job Description
- Strategic financial management and oversight on the team’s activities to gain a greater understanding of the financial performance
- Business Partner with the key stakeholders to uplift overall performance and provide clear financial visibility
- Act as a business partner for senior stakeholders providing guidance, advice and dealing with all finance-related queries
- Provide monthly management reporting and commentary, leading monthly business reviews to communicate understanding of overall financial performance
- Own the costing and pricing of new initiatives, including profitability analysis, reporting and assessments
- Provide meaningful financial analysis to support strategic and management decision making for Leadership team and other key stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a strong academic background, holding a full finance qualification .
- Additional skills include highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
