Job Description
- Prepare and draft client statements for the Teams portfolio
- Prepare draft VAT Reports
- Provide support to the Senior Client Accountant
- Deal with queries from property managers and tenants
- Issue weekly arrears reports and property balance reports to property managers
- Prepare tenant reconciliations
- Prepare and issue charge raising
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Interested in starting or continuing professional studies in AACA/CIMA
- Willing to learn new skills and processes on the job
