Job Description
- Re-engineer financial processes and controls
- Cultural mindset change – Introduce more automation / commercial thinking / value add / partnering ways of working
- Improve and upskill the calibre of the finance team (currently hiring for a newly created Head of Finance role)
- Oversee the day to day finance function
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Finance transformation experience across people / processes / systems
- Established business partner, capable of challenging, advising and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and articulate thinker
- Data focused individual
