Job Description
- Maintaining suitable business planning model covering long term cash flow forecasts
- Ensure annual Statutory Accounts are completed in adherence with UK accounting standards
- Develop and maintain adequate financial control systems and procedures
- Present the Quarterly Accounts reports against budgets at Executive Team and budget holders meeting
- Develop an effective IT strategy and ensure service levels are set and maintained with external IT suppliers
- Ensure that the organization complies to relevant regulations for data protection and data security
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of leading a successful finance function
- Experience of implementing financial controls, policies and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery
- Excellent Business Partnering skills including board level presentations
- Strong proven track record in financial planning and reporting
- Experience of leading on additional resources such as IT and administration is not essential but ideal
