Job Description
- Working alongside the Partner, to manage the firm's fastest-growing clients
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Accounts and Tax Return Production
- Preparation of financial reporting packs
- Overseeing, supporting, and reviewing the work of junior accountants
- Creating good internal working relationships to ensure the clients' needs are met
- Training clients on XERO bookkeeping software
- Fixed fee, unlimited client support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA / ACA Qualified
- Excellent Xero knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Experience within a UK Accountancy practice - at least three years hands on experience
- Experience as a semi/senior accountant
