Job Description
- Process the monthly payroll and handle any queries from employees.
- Manage the sales ledger process including credit control duties, raising sales invoices and reconciling bank statements.
- Carry out purchase ledger duties including processing purchase invoices, handling supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns and ensure taxation liabilities are met by due date.
- Working closely with the Company Accountant to assist with any month/year end tasks and also helping them prepare management accounts when necessary.
