Checking the accuracy of data used to create invoices
Administration of lease agreements including updating of relevant systems
Monthly reconciliations
Daily review of bank receipts
Regular credit control involving contacting customers for payment, dealing with invoice queries in a fast and professional manner
Assisting the wider finance team with tasks when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will ideally be already studying, or looking to start studying for the AAT qualification, and full study support will be provided.
You should have a good standard of education (minimum grade C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English), as well as a good standard of IT literacy (able to use Word and Excel at intermediate level).
It is also essential that you have good written and spoken communication skills, as well as a professional and mature attitude.
