Job Description
- General bookkeeping
- Post invoices for various clients and investigate queries
- Reconciling multiple banking entries on accounting software and investigation queries
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Creating and sending out client’s annual Confirmation Statements
- Assisting in Payroll (an advantage, could be trained)
- Simple self-assessment tax returns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in Xero, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ideally three years plus, experience in a similar role
