Job Description
- Setting up new client accounts on to the system
- Preparation, raising and submission of invoices - maintain billing schedule
- Creation of job codes on
- Chasing for and/or inputting of estimates into the system
Raising and finalizing invoices (once these have been approved by the account lead). - Submission of invoice via email, or through supplier portal.
- Building and maintaining billing backup
- Run weekly aged debtors report.
- Highlight any potential client issues and resolutions for aged debtors.
- Daily chasing of any aged debt including calling, emailing and asking team leads to chase client.
- Allocation of payments and credits on report
- Setting up new suppliers
- Review all supplier invoices to ensure PO’s are quoted and reject invoices where necessary
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reviewing aged creditors, preparing weekly payment run and chasing for approvals
- Review and post all staff expenses
- Dealing with all supplier and expenses queries
- Maintain and upload third party costs - allocate to the correct project costs - example couriers or taxi costs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Billing
- Coding
- Expenses
- Invoicing
- At least one year experience of working in a similar role within a fast paced environment
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Paprika Experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience within a media/ PR/ communications/ Design / Marketing/ Advertising
- Deadline orientated
