Job Description
- Preparing service charge budgets
- Establishing new processes and procedures for property accountants
- Dealing with external client communication
- reconciliation and recharge for tenant directs recoveries
- working with auditors and financial accounts team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA, ICAEW)
- Experience working with property client's or within the property industry
- Strong data analysis skills
- Able to build good relationships across the organization
