Reviewing the work of the team, including company accounts, partnerships, sole traders and personal tax returns.
Support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Build key relationships with clients, provide all the support they require both with in-person client meetings and being available to answer queries as required.
Mange your own client portfolio, preparing annual accounts, management accounts and personal tax returns.
Constantly develop your knowledge of technological advances, in order to offer the best solutions to clients.
Identify areas to develop new business, and offer additional services to clients, supporting them from idea through to execution.
Work closely with the Managing Director to continually improve the business and ensure processes and procedures are accurate and efficient.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful candidates will have some experience in accountancy practice, and be ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or nearing qualification.
You will have a passion for problem solving, an appetite for technology and a desire to create simple and effective solutions.
The role would suit someone looking to step up to a management role or those with more experience.
