Job Description
- Working with the team on the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial management system, including gathering business requirements, designing and configuring the system, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of the financial management system into the existing accounting processes.
- Analyze and document existing accounting processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes using the system.
- Support data migration activities, ensure accurate and complete data is transferred to the new financial management system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial management system.
- Proven track record in successfully leading end-to-end system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
