Working with the team on the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial management system, including gathering business requirements, designing and configuring the system, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of the financial management system into the existing accounting processes.
Analyze and document existing accounting processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes using the system.
Support data migration activities, ensure accurate and complete data is transferred to the new financial management system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial management system.
Proven track record in successfully leading end-to-end system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Sound understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
