Purchase Ledger including staff expenses including the preparation of supplier and contractor payment runs
Credit Control. Liaising with consultants to ensure payments are received on time
Preparation of monthly management accounts and Board Pack including;
Balance Sheet Reconciliations,
Accruals and Prepayments
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliations
Budgeting and forecasting and Cash
HMRC intermediary reporting
VAT returns
Overseas banking and Foreign Exchange : Ensure compliant, effective solutions are in place for European and Rest of world business.
Year-End Accounting :Financial accounting and corporate tax planning.
Payroll: Liaising with Directors to ensure commission payments are calculated correctly and ensure all Bonuses, Commissions, Director dividends are paid on time.
Support the company directors with personal affairs and any other ad hoc projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT or Degree education
Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
Industry experience in Professional Services, Consultancy, Legal or Recruitment.
Work experience in a management accounting role
Previous experience of Sage or Xero and Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills (V-look ups / pivot tables)
