Due to the expansion of the finance team FCHO are looking to appoint several interesting positions, including a finance business partner specifically for the revenue team. You will be the key liaison for finance, and while developing relationships with key stakeholders you will provide financial insights and analysis linked to key decisions.
Duties will include;
Working with the Head of Finance to ensure that all departments are provided with timely information and programme manage the delivery of the financial accounts and the regulatory returns
Supporting the management of the rent accounting function ensuring it is efficiently and effectively
Liaison with service users and budget holders, advising managers and budget holders on budget planning, budget forecasting and monitoring
Supporting the production of monthly management accounts to comply with FCHO financial policies
Responsible for Business Partnering the revenue team in annual budget setting as per FCHO policy
Person:
The successful finance business partner;
Produced rents and service charges accounts
Budget setting and management accounting experience is essential
Experience within housing would be preferred but is by no means essential
Has the gravitas to build relationships with stakeholders across various teams
Experience of using Open Accounts would be a benefit
