Job Description
- Collaborate with various departments within the housing association to provide financial guidance and support.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to aid in decision-making in key business areas.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring that budgets are met and financial risks are identified and addressed.
- Advise on the financial implications of business decisions, including investments, cost-saving measures, and revenue generation opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key liaison between finance and other departments.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Have strong Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally within the Housing sector or other capital-heavy environments
- Ideally hold a full accountancy qualification, though those with relevant experience without the full qualification should still apply
- Be available at short notice.
