  • Processing of all purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing of all staff expenses
  • Bi-monthly payment runs
  • VAT reconciliations - monthly
  • VAT return - quarterly
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • Monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Post payroll journal, filing admin, pension admin
  • Assist with audit queries
  • New customer / supplier requirements
  • Admin, filing, receipts
  • Adhoc tasks from the Finance Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer focused and be willing to adapt and learn new skills.
