Responsibility for the accounting and finance function of the corporate entities of Brookfield Properties UK as well as up to two properties and related entities / holding companies
Provide financial analysis on a monthly basis (e.g. tracking against business plan) and manage liquidity requirements
Reporting for assigned entities - monthly closing of accounting books, forecasting, business planning, liquidity, statutory accounts and tax compliance e.g. VAT return preparation and submission and other supplementary stat reporting
Allocating costs for the corporate entities to cost centres as part of the monthly close process and raising demands for recharged costs
Involvement in group reporting consolidation and management reporting with quarterly submissions
Manage and take full responsibility for the external audit process of your entities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified PQE
Previous experience managing corporate entities within real estate is preferred but not essential.
