  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Check and code all invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reconciling staff expenses
  • Setting up Supplier Payments
  • Dealing with manual invoices and payments
  • Maintain supplier details on the system
  • Managing and resolving supplier queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience within a similar role
  • Experienced accounts payable assistant with sound technical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills
