Job Description
  • Managing the purchase ledger inbox
  • Processing and posting supplier invoices
  • Processing and paying Staff Expenses
  • Reconciliation of credit card statement
  • Preparing the weekly payment run
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Producing monthly sales invoices (for hiring of facilities)
  • Ensuring prompt payment of sales invoices
  • Maintaining the asset inventory
  • Supporting other members of the finance team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Significant experience working within an office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and priorities workload.
  • Proficient and experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal guidance.
