Job Description
- Responsible for payments and receipts
- Full management of the end-to-end accounting systems
- Will be communicating with key third parties and key internal stakeholders
- Help support and lead the ongoing and new upcoming projects
- Direct responsibility of an Accounts Assistant
- Responsible for staff expense reimbursements, invoicing and bank reconciliations
- Responsible for sales invoices to customers
- Preparing journal entries
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory reports
- Preparing the monthly prepayments, accruals, depreciation, and intercompany recharges
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified ( or equivalent)
- Have the relevant accounting experience
- Be highly organized and have great attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and works at a high standard
- Knowledge of Sage 300 or equivalent is desirable
