Duties of the Payroll Specialist will include:
*Responsible for end to end weekly & monthly payroll
*Dealing with all payroll related queries
*Collating employee timesheets and inputting relevant data
*Responding to routine HMRC queries
*Distributing payslips
*Keeping relevant payroll files and records in good order for any inspection by HMRC
*Processing new starters and leavers
*Preparing BACS payments
*Producing relevant payroll reporting
Experience/person specification:
*At least 2 years' payroll experience
*Studying towards CIPP qualification (advantageous)
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
*Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
