Job Description
  • Issue invoices for goods and/or services rendered
  • Typically 100-150 invoices per month
  • On larger, longer term projects invoicing is typically in line with contract valuations, submitted termly or part way through contracts
  • Maintain invoicing system and sufficient audit trails
  • Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts
  • Maintain debtors ledger
  • Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts
  • Complete credit checks on new customers
  • Purchase Ledger Invoicing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Invoicing would be beneficial.
  • Wider understanding of basic bookkeeping
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Self-motivated, with a positive Can Do attitude
