Accounts Assistant
Full-time, Contract
Job Description
  •  Assisting with month-end tasks
  •  Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  •  Bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
  •  Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  •  Processing expenses reports and payments
  •  Accounts processing experience, Sage50 would be an advantage but is not essential
  •  Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
  •  Fixed asset register maintenance
  •  Any other ad-hoc duties required by the business

  • ACA
  • ACCA
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Sage
  •  Previous experience working in a Finance/Accountancy role is essential
  •  Attention to detail and thoroughness
  •  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Interpersonal awareness and sensitivity
  •  Strong Team player
  •  Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  •  Ability to work under pressure
  •  High level of numeracy
  •  Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task/priorities work
