Job Description
- Processing vendor purchase invoices, payments, and statement management
- Completion of vendor payments and ledger reconciliations.
- Setting up new accounts and credit agency reports.
- Checking orders and processing to shipment
- Bank order processes
- Resolving customer queries
- Dealing with emails and enquires
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Experience of working in a busy environment essential but financial background not required
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent IT skill and basic knowledge of excel
- Due to location, must hold a driving license and own a vehicle.
